Section 46.2-1510 of the Code of Virginia states in part, "No license shall be issued to
any motor vehicle dealer unless he has an established place of business, owned or leased by him,
where a substantial portion of the sales activity of the business is routinely conducted and which:
(1) Satisfies all local zoning regulations."
The section below is to be completed by the Zoning Administrator verifying that the
applicant has complied with all requirements from the Town, City or County in which the
dealership is located.
■ The above referenced property is zoned Highway Commercial and Entrance
Corridor which allows for the sale and display of new or used motor vehicles.
■ Applicant has not yet complied with all requirements of SDP -2005-57. Approval
of this request is subject to the development of the site in accordance with the site
plan as evidenced by an approved final zoning inspection and zoning clearance.
■ The use is also subject to conditions of Special Use Permit, SP -2005-18. A copy
of the Board of Supervisors action letter and conditions are attached.
Please advise us of the completion of all construction of this site. We will issue an approval at
that time with no additional fee.
