Due to the simplicity of the changes that are being proposed, County of Albemarle Planning Department staff has reviewed it as a "Letter of Revision" to the original final site plan (SDP-02-062). Approval of this request is viewed as your first "Letter of Revision". You are allowed a total of three (3) letters of revision before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a minor site plan amendment. The Planning Department has reviewed the minor landscape revisions (reconfiguration of EC plantings) and found them to be acceptable thereby granting approval of the landscaping changes. The following changes can also be incorporated and approved: • Remove 2 Chanticleer Pear from the locations indicated on the attached sketch. • Reduce the height of the Chanticleer Pear from 7-8' to 6-7' and reduce the quantity from 5 to 2 in the Landscape Schedule. • Replace the southernmost Chanticleer Pear with a Sargent Crabapple and increase the quantity of Sargent Crabapple from 2 to 3 in the Landscape Schedule. Please update your records to reflect the information that was submitted with your request and a copy of this letter. The Planning Department will add this approval letter, along with copies of the information that you submitted to our files. Please accept this letter as final approval for your request. No further site plan submittal is necessary. Please contact the Department of Building Code and Zoning Services for further information regarding any inspections that will be required for this project.
