Bill May spoke with you yesterday morning with reference to determination of Lot #2 (Parcel B) as shown on the enclosed plat as a separate parcel. I have enclosed documents requested in your "Application for Parcel of Record Determination and or Development Rights Determination". From what I have gathered from the enclosed documents and from what my mother told me over the years, Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Day, who lived in a house on Lot #1 (my parents lived with them) owned all of the property shown on the attached plat. At their deaths, they left all of the property, with the exception of Lot No. 3) to Harry P. and Josephine S. Beale. (Will Book 37, page 28 and Will Book 38, page 100) Lot #1 was conveyed to the Harris' in June 1948, D.B 279, p. 406, and by deed of exchange dated December 28, 1948, D. B. 283, p. 76 the Harris' conveyed Lot No. 2 to Harry P. and Josephine S. Beale. Harry P. Beale died in 1961. In 1991 my mother, Josephine P. Beale deeded the property to me, Patricia B. Carter (Garnett) and my sister, Carolyn B. Simpson, retaining a life estate. Josephine Beale died August 1, 2006. I find the tax map very confusing, as it looks to me like the property in question — 56A1 -01-86A (Lot #2) on the plat is 56A1-01-86 on the tax map. Our real estate tax bill shows parcel A as 056A1-01-00-08500. The Harris property Lot No. 1 on the plat looks like 056A1-01-00-08500 on the tax map. Of course, this is the first time I've looked at a tax map or studied the plat, so I certainly may not understand what I'm looking at. Please give me a call at 296-6193 (work) or 296-9574 (home) if you need additional information or have any questions. you ror your Since el%CGamett cia 7 r` ':,.
