Dear Mr. Franks:
The above -noted item was reviewed by the Albemarle County Architectural Review

and suggestions:

2) The shingles should be a dark earth tone.
3) The color of the trim should be compatible with the rest of the building.
The trim can be white.
4) Trees must be added adjacent to the loading area.
5) All deciduous trees proposed on the site must measure a minimum 2 '/2"
caliper.

8) The mechanical equipment must be screened with a building material or
vegetation compatible with or matching the proposed building and
landscape plan.

10) Before a certificate of appropriateness can be granted the Following
information must be submitted:
a) A completed application with appropriate fee.
b) Samples of building materials proposed must be approved, and
C) A photometric plan with light fixture details must be approved.
Approval received from the Albemarle County Architectural Review Board is predicated
on the fact that the materials as proposed and exhibited for review will be used. The
acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to use the materials as
indicated on the site plan, attachments and samples submitted to the Albemarle County
Zoning Department. Any change in the approved materials will require an amendment
to the plan and must be reviewed and approved by the Zoning Administrator or
Architectural Review Board if changes are deemed by the Zoning Administrator to be
substantial.
If you have questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
Jan Sprinkle
