This project is,proposing an upgraded entrance, which is to include a 100'right turn lane and a 100' taper lane based on the traffic of the road and the projected volume of the bank traffic. VDOT is also asking for full frontage turn lane from your entrance to Hickman Road. A 25'Radius needs to be established and labeled on both entrances. The entrance needs to conform to the regulations set forth in the Minimum Standards of Entrance to State Highways. Sight distance needs to be shown on the plans.
