Final Site Plan Dear Mr. Crouthamel: This letter is in response to items addressed in your memo, dated March 17, 2000, requesting approval of changes to the Jefferson Area Builders site plan. Due to the simplicity of the changes that have been made to this site, I am reviewing it as a "Letter of Revision" to the approved site plan [SDP 99-125]. Approval of this request is viewed as your first "Letter of Revision". You are allowed a total of three (3) "Letter of Revisions" before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted, in form of a minor site plan amendment. The Department of Planning and Community Development has identified no unfavorable consequences as the result of your proposal to construct a 6' 8" x 5'4" covered stoop on the eastern end of the building, which will require the relocation of a 7' high dogwood tree, and to cover the landing area outside of the front door to create a porch. Therefore, the Department of Planning and Community Development hereby grants approval of all of the changes that are described in your letter. As a condition for the approval of this request, the tree to be moved must be planted on the same side of the building side of the building, and in the same general area as shown on the approved site plan. Please have your original mylars and files for Jefferson Area Builders Inc. updated, in accord with what you have submitted, for your records. The Department of Building Code and. Zoning Services will make the appropriate revisions to the existing mylars in our file, and a copy of this letter will be put in our file (SDP 99-125). Please accept this letter as final approval for your request. No further site plan submittal is necessary. If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Construct a 6' 8" covered brick stoop on the right side the facility facing Berkman Drive Extended. 2. The above amendment would require. us to move a 7' Dogwood tree. 3. The front porch is Covered but doe9 not extend beyond the foundation as shown on the site plan. Enclosed is a portion of the site plan with a sketch and/or notes in reference to these changes.
