Please be advised that it is the Board of Supervisor's preference that a public hearing not be advertised until all of the final materials for a zoning application have been received by the County and are available for public review. Therefore any new or additional information regarding your application, including final proffers if applicable, must be submitted to our office by November 4, 2013, allowing staff adequate time to check your re- submittal. Your re- submittal will also need to include a $180.00 deferral The and an additional legal ad fee in the amount of $185.00, bringing the total owed to $365.00.
