Dear Mr. Cetta:
On September 11, 2013 the Board of Supervisors, by a vote of 6:0, deferred the above noted
petition at your request to the December 11, 2013 Board of Supervisors meeting.
Please be advised that it is the Board of Supervisor's preference that a public hearing not be
advertised until all of the final materials for a zoning application have been received by the
County and are available for public review. Therefore any new or additional information
regarding your application, including final proffers if applicable, must be submitted to our office
by November 4, 2013, allowing staff adequate time to check your re- submittal. Your re- submittal
will also need to include a $180.00 deferral The and an additional legal ad fee in the amount of
$185.00, bringing the total owed to $365.00.
