Dear Mr. Valente:
This letter is in response to the your request for approval to construct a pad to allow for a
permanent grease collection container for the restaurants at Seminole Commons, on Tax Map 32
Parcel 37A1. Due to the simplicity of the changes that will occur as a result of this request, it has
been reviewed as a"Letter of Revision"to the latest approved site plan, SDP-2000-153 Seminole
Commons @ Forest Lakes Minor Site Plan Amendment.
The Department of Planning and Community Development has identified no unfavorable
consequences as the result of your proposal. Therefore, you are hereby granted approval to allow
the aforementioned permanent grease collection container. A copy of this letter will be
forwarded to the Department of Building Code and Zoning Services.
A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all subsequent changes to the plan are
required to be submitted in the form of a minor site plan amendment. This letter is the first(1st)
Letter of Revision applied to the Seminole Commons @ Forest Lakes-Minor Site Plan
Amendment. •

Please update your records to reflect the information that was submitted with your request and a
, copy of this letter. The Planning Department will add this approval letter, along with copies of
the information that you submitted, to our-file (SDP-2000-153).. Please accept this letter as final -
approval for your request. No further site plan submittal is necessary. .
