Dear Jo;
As requested, 1 looked at the slope that had been cut adjacent to the storage building on the West
Side of the Seminole Commons site. This slope is on about a 1:1.5, which is steeper Urdu the 2:1
that is required by the County. It is my understanding that this slope will have some type of
erosion matting placed on it as well as having junipers planted. It is my opinion that this slope
will be stable under normal conditions but it is always possible that some surficial movement
that would not be critical to the slope could occur.
