I have reviewed the approved site
plan dated January 9, 1979, for the referenced
site with respect to the drop inlet shown. I
feel that with the telephone poles that were
used as bumper blocks, the drop inlet can be
deleted. The deletion of this item from the
site plan has my approval.

Re: ALBEMARLE FARM EQUIPMENT SITE PLAN
This is to advise you that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors at its
meeting October 4, 1978, approved the above referenced site plan subject to the
following conditions:
- Health Department approval;
Fire Official approval of 1000 gallon gas tank;
0) Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation approval of commercial entrance
( design and location ); also 150 foot deceleration lane and 150 foot taper;
Grading permit;
�- County Engineering Department approval of curbing on northern and western edges
of the p rking lot ( not necessarily concrete, railroad ties, etc. ), drop inlets;
Existingrees shall remain undisturbed except in those areas designed for
construction, lot coverage and septic field;

Albemarle County Service Authority approval;
Staff approval of a landscape plan: Ornamental trees in addition to the spreading

ornamental trees or white pines along northern border of property and clustered white
pines along southern edge of developed area; mulched beds with ornamental trees
around southern corner of building and mulch bed with azal as in area between

"�., Plans shall be prepared and certified by a licensed engineer which accomplishes the
�"' following: that all structures contain properly engineered ventilation systems
including on -site methane monitor;
Underground utilities shall be sealed at junction boxes leaving the site;
Comply with the Slate Water Control Board, Air Pollution Control Board, Division
of Solid and Hazardous Waste Management, and Health Department requirements relating
to landfill operations.
