The Property currently being used as a health and rehabilitation facility is considered a conforming use. SP1976 -060 was approved October 6, 1976. The approval letter with conditions is attached. • The Property has been approved and built with a Site Development Plan, SDP -118, and has been amended most recently with SDP 2009 -071 and is in compliance with said plans. This office has no record of any open zoning Violations for the Property. A site inspection of the Property revealed no site plan violations. • In the event of casualty, in whole or in part, the structure located on the Property may be built in its current form subject to approval of a building permit and applicable site plans and building code.
