Re: South Pantops Office Complex III
Minor Site Plan Amendment
Dear Bill:
The Albemarle County Service Authority does not take exception
to the construction of a parking area on the south side of South
Pantops Drive. This project is shown as a minor site plan
amendment to the South Pantops Office Complex III. The conditions
of our approval are that no trees be planted within 10 feet of any
utility line, and grade after removing the topsoil and placing
gravel will not decrease the cover over our utilities. If you have
any questions concerning this project feel free to call.
