Re: Glenmore Section 41 -Preliminary Plat Approval
Dear Mr. Gale:
The preliminary plat for the development proposal referenced above was approved
administratively on July 28, 1997. The approval of the preliminary plat is valid for six months in
accordance with Subdivision Ordinance Section 18-50. All final plats must be submitted to the
Department of Planning and Community Development while the preliminary plat approval is still
valid. If the preliminary plat approval expires, a new application must be filed and processed.
Final plats will be subject to all final plat requirements (Subdivision Ordinance Section 18-53
through 18-55), in addition to the conditions identified on the attached memo from Andre
Williams to Elaine Echols, dated June 13, 1997. You are responsible for contacting all
applicable departments and agencies, and satisfying the conditions for approval of final plats.
