Exterior lighting shall be in accordance with Section 4.17 and 32.7 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3,000 or more initial lumens shall be a full cutoff luminaire
and shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjoining residential districts and away from adjacent roads.
The spillover of lighting from luminaires onto public roads and property in residential or rural areas zoning districts shall
not exceed one —half footcandle.
No outdoor luminaire shall be mounted or placed at a location that is more than twenty (20) feet in height.
I f a photocell is to be used. It must be ordered at the same time as the fixture as it is factory installed.
Parking lights shall not be tilted.
Poles to be 4" square and colored black, housing to match.
LLF shall equal 1.0.
Mount the site lighting poles on a concrete footing 6" AFG (designed by others) .
A 12' height was used with all fixtures to determine the lumen output.
The total pole height including the base is 12' -6 ".
The maximum light pole height shall not exceed the height of the building.
The height of the building is 17' -1 ".
