Worrell Water Technologies, LLC leases office space at 1180 Seminole Trail, Suite '155, Charlottesville, VA 22901 (old Comdial building) for our engineering design work and administrative staff. There are thirteen employees at this location. The space is located in a light industrial zoned area and in order to occupy e t n order t taddress the ordinances, l we would ll.'ke zoning clearance issued by your department. to provide the following summary of our operation for your review. In each of the areas referenced in Section 4_14 .Performance Standards for Industrial Areas we have provided a response: • Noise — Our engineering and administrative operations do not create noise. • Vibration — Our engineering and administrative operations do not create vibration. • Glare — Our engineering and administrative operations are contained within the office space in the building. The interior lighting does not produce glare. • Aix pollution — There will be no emission of smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants from our engineering and administrative operations. • Water Pollution —There are no industrial liquid wastes generated by our engineering and administrative operations. • Radioactivity Our operation does not require handling of radioactive materials. There will be no radioactive emissions or danger to health and safety of persons on or beyond the premises. e Electrical Interference — Our engineering and administrative operations do not require any equipment that would generate electrical disturbances that would adversely affect the operation of equipment on any other lot or premises.
