The specific deficiencies are circled below: Mud On Road Mud and dirt were observed on the road either from erosion or vehicles tracking in or out. Shovel and sweep all mud and dirt from the road. Install adequate wash -rack and construction entrance for cleaning. Measures not installed Traps /Basins /Diversions /Silt Fence /etc. have not been installed - per the approved plan, or have been removed. Install them, or obtain a plan amendment. Measures Failing Diversions /Fence /Traps /Basins have failed more than once. Build larger, more effective ones, or amend the plan to better protect the site. Site Abandoned and Repairs Needed The site is not stabilized and erosion is occurring. Repair all measures and stabilize.
