FIVE (25) FEET EXCEPT, IN COTTAGE SECTIONS WHERE THE FRONT
YARD MAY BE REDUCED TO TEN (10) FEET.
B. SIDE YARD. DEPTH OF SIDE YARD SHALL BE NO LESS THAN FIFTEEN
(15), EXCEPT IN COTTAGE SECTIONS WHERE THE DEPTH OF THE SIDE
YARD SHALL BE NO LESS THAN THREE (3) FEET.
C. CORNER SIDE YARDS., DEPTH OF SIDE YARDS LOCATED ADJACENT TO
