Re: Request for Determination Parcel of Record/Development Rights

Dear John:
I am writing to you on behalf of my clients, Robert A. Rosen and Christine L. Rosen, as
contract Purchasers of the property designated on the present County tax map as 02000-00-00-
002E0 (the "Parcel"). On their behalf, I enclose the Request For Determination Parcel Of
Record/Development Rights for this property. In connection with this, I enclose our law firm's
check in the amount of $40.00 to cover the cost of this determination.
In connection with this request, it is my clients' position that the Parcel has presently
three development rights. In support of this determination which we request to be confirmed by
the County of Albemarle, I enclose the following documentation for your benefit:
1. Copy of ALTA Commitment for Title Insurance for Chicago Title Insurance
Company for the Parcel.
2. Copy of present information from the tax map records of Albemarle County for
the Parcel.
3. Deed dated January 18, 1980 from Rivanna River Estates, Inc. to Michael T.
Diglio recorded in the Clerk's Office on February 1, 1980 in Deed Book 688, page
820.
4. Copy of plat of Swift Run Farms dated July 30, 1974 and recorded in Deed Book
593, page 145.
Copy of plat dated July 28, 1989 recorded in Deed Book 1069, page 702.
