Our detailed research indicates that the remaining 396.95 acres was originally one (1) parcel. Based on the last off -conveyance plat of record in Deed Book 1948 page 690, 691 we believe that there are all five (5) division rights remaining with this parcel. The plat states "Tax Map 81 Parcel 11 is to retain all division rights. No division rights are transferred with this plat." Prior to this deed there is a conveyance with plat in Deed Book 1846 page 198 which states "No development rights are being added with Parcel X. The residue of Tax Map 81 Parcel 11 retains all 5 development rights. These development rights are theoretical only." Please confirm our findings.
