Ms. Kilmer told me I needed authorization from the owner. I told her you had power of attorney, which Ann said she will accept. Please send an email to Ann Kilmer (email above) authorizing me to apply for, and receive information regarding, the Determination. Once back in the Country, you will, also, need to follow up by stopping in or with a letter confirming my authorization.
