Ron: I stopped in and discussed this property and its division rights with you a few months ago.
Today, I completed the form (and paid $40) to request an official "determination" of the division
rights for TM 42-37F (which the County lists as 8 acres — we believe it is 7.77 acres). I was pleased
to learn you would be handling my request.
Please let me know if I can help further, and please let me know about how much time you suspect

John: I received a call from Ann Kilmer, with the County Planning Dept, today to follow up my application for a
Determination of the Division Rights for your mother's property at 3277 Garth Road. Ms. Kilmer told me I needed
authorization from the owner. I told her you had power of attorney, which Ann said she will accept.
Please send an email to Ann Kilmer (email above) authorizing me to apply for, and receive information regarding,
the Determination. Once back in the Country, you will, also, need to follow up by stopping in or with a letter
confirming my authorization.
