Mathew Hall Mead Westvaco Corporation Route 4, Box 134 Appamattox, VA 24522 RE: Tax Map 104, Parcel 8 Dear Mr. Hall: You have requested a determination of the development rights of several parcels. With the exception of Tax Map 104, Parcel 8 that determination is nearing completion. Additional information is necessary to complete the determination for Parcel 8. There are indications that it is comprised of a number of separate parcels. Deed Book 110, page 300 conveyed 20 — 25 acres to Martia Edwards. It is necessary to determine the location of this parcel and to determine whether or not the separate identity of the parcel was maintained each time it was conveyed. Deed Book 673, page 466 conveyed 50.5 acres to Westvaco. It is necessary to determine the location of this parcel and to determine whether or not t the separate identity of the parcel was maintained each time it was conveyed. Deed Book 362, page 287 describes Buckeyeland Farm by reference to 32 deeds. In order to find that any of these 32 tracts have maintained their status as separate parcels it is necessary to examine these deeds and all subsequent deeds. This is a parcel determination rather than a development rights determination. Therefore. The fee for a parcel determination is $75.00. Please submit $35.00 with the additional title information.
