Joyce Re: Letter of Zoning Compliance for 1641 Edlich Drive, Charlottesville, VA Tax Map Parcel 03200-00-00-019CO3 (the "Property") Dear Mr. Mahler: In response to your firm's application for a letter of zoning compliance, this office has researched the above referenced property and offers the following information: 1. The Property is zoned Planned Development -Industrial Park (PD -IP), subject to the use limitations and regulations of those districts and the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance (see attached PD -IP section of the zoning ordinance). 2. The Property is currently developed with the MicroAire Office and Assembly facility with 120 parking spaces. The site was improved in accordance with site plan SDP1994-075 which was approved on December 29, 1994. 3. To the best of my knowledge, the Property is in compliance with all applicable zoning ordinances, rules and regulations. This letter may be relied upon by the addressee(s) listed above and by any assignee or successor in interest in the Property whether as owner or mortgagee.
