Dear Ms. Hoy:
On April 17, 2006 1 issued a letter regarding the zoning compliance of the referenced
parcel. That letter contained the following paragraph:
The property was inspected for zoning compliance on April 17, 2006. One site
plan violation was identified. There are a number of storage containers located at
the rear of the facility that are not shown on any site plan. These must be
removed or shown and approved on an amended site plan. No other violations
were identified.
Since that time the owners applied for a revision of the site plan to allow the twelve
containers. A letter of revision was approved on June 26, 2006. This approval abates
the violation identified in the April 17, 2006 letter.
