We are a. s hall landscaping contractor currently located at 1.518 Viola. Way, Charlottesville, VA 22902 and are seeking to move to 1985 Avon Street Extended. In the winter, we have approximately 10 employees az�d in the summer :months, our number doubles to approximately 18 -20 employees (full and part- time). We have addr3essed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18- 4:14;'. Noise: Our operation. will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4.14.1. We ate surrounded by warehouse buildings owned by Mr. Duane Snow to the north of us and a wooded area to the south of us. To our south, the closest neighbor is Parharn Construction. Our major sources of noise are (I) lawn mowers being loaded /unloaded onto (or off of) trucks and trailer, (2) trucks entering of departing from the property. Vibration: We operate no equipment in our garage, only store or perform maintenance on our existing-mowers, trucks, etc. Glare: Our operation only has one outside light that is on a motion.sensor and the inside lights do notproduce any significant glare. Air Pollution: The only emission of smoke or odor would be from a vehicle entering or leaving the property or the mowers that we load/unload. Water Pollution: No liquid waste will be generated from our operation. In terms of gas and oil, we keep only 6 -6 five gallon cans of gas on the property, less than 12 quarts of oil and, less than a gallon of fuel additives. As it pertains to fertilizer, lime, insecticides and pesticides we purchase them from local. suppliers on the day we pick them up from the supplier and use them on the job -1680 IAcriwether Drive Charlottesville.
