Property: Ingleridge Farm on Barracks Road (West) — Tax Map 60, Parcel 2A -
consisting of 156.81 acres - (Scottsville Magisterial District).
Owner: Ingleridge LLC
Dear Mr. Roy:
In response to your application of January 10, 2012, requesting a zoning compliance
letter for the above referenced property, please be advised of the following:
■ The undersigned is the Chief of Zoning/Deputy Zoning Administrator of the
County of Albemarle, Department of Community Development, which is
responsible for enforcement of zoning ordinances and similar codes or
ordinances related to the use of property in the above mentioned County.
■ The Property lies within the boundaries of Albemarle County and as Chief of
Zoning/Deputy Zoning Administrator for the County I am authorized to execute
this letter.
■ The Property is zoned Rural Areas (RA). The permitted uses in the RA zoning
district are outlined in §10 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance (attached).
■ There are currently no active zoning violations on the Property. The County has
not instituted any action or proceeding which is now pending before any court,
quasi-judicial body or administrative agency relating to the foregoing matters or
to the Property.
■ A site grading, erosion & sediment control plan WP0201100061 was approved
8/26/2011 and a bond was posted for that work in December of 2011. Any work
in accordance with that plan will comply with all regulations, including zoning and
Water Protection codes and ordinances.
