Owner: MPJH Investments LLC Dear Mr. Roy: In response to your application of January 10, 2012, requesting a zoning compliance letter for the above referenced Property, please be advised of the following: ■ The undersigned is the Chief of Zoning/Deputy Zoning Administrator of the County of Albemarle, Department of Community Development, which is responsible for enforcement of zoning ordinances and similar codes or ordinances related to the use of property in the above mentioned County. ■ The Property lies within the boundaries of Albemarle County and as Chief of Zoning/Deputy Zoning Administrator for the County I am authorized to execute this letter. ■ The Property is zoned Rural Areas (RA). The Property is also in the Entrance Corridor (EC) Overlay District. The present uses of the Property are permitted within such zoning classification. The improvements on the Property may be rebuilt in their current size and density if they are damaged. ■ A site grading, erosion & sediment control plan WP0201100025 was approved 4/22/2011 for the earth work currently taking place on the Property. The development will comply with all regulations, including zoning and Water Protection codes and ordinances once it is built in accordance with the approved plan. The County has not instituted any action or proceeding which is now pending before any court, quasi-judicial body or administrative agency relating to the foregoing matters or to the Property You and your successors as Lender may rely on this certification in connection with any loan to the owner listed above.
