I have reviewed a proposed Deed of Easement between Parkside I, L.L.C., Squire Hill
Charlottesville Associates, L.L.C., Squire Hill Charlottesville III, L. C., Grantors and the
County of Albemarle, Virginia, Grantee (a copy of the "Easement" which is attached hereto)
and hereby certify that the granting of the Easement by Squire Hill Charlottesville Associates,
L.L.C. will not cause non-compliance with the applicable Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
requirements relating to setback, parking or the zoning of the Property.
