This office has received a request to provide a certification of the zoning, allowable uses
and any existing violations for the above referenced property. Staff has researched this
information and offers the following:
The Property is currently zoned Neighborhood Model District (NMD) and is
located in the Airport Impact Area (AIA). The Property was rezoned with proffers
as a result of ZMA-2004-7. The Code of Development which provides the
development's guidelines was also approved as part of this rezoning. A copy of
the Board of Supervisor's approval with the proffers is enclosed. The COD
(revised) is on file with this office and can be purchased upon request, however,
an excerpt from the COD providing a table of allowable uses is enclosed.
■ The Property as noted above was approved with proffers. Proffer 6 provides for
submittal of an Archeological Study. A revised deadline was approved for
January 2010 to submit the study.
■ Currently this office has no record of active zoning violations on the Property.
