Dear Ms. Burt:
In response to your Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance filed with this office
on July 2, 2010, please be advised as follows:
• The Property is currently zoned C-1 Commercial and not the subject of a
Planned Unit Development. The C-1 Commercial district permits a variety of
retail/commercial/office uses as by -right uses, and certain uses by special use
permit, including nursing homes per Sections 22.2.2.6 and 18.2.2.9. The
adjacent parcels are also zoned Commercial.
• The Property is subject to a Special Use Permit, SP -2002-05, approved by
the Board of Supervisors on July 10, 2002. A copy of the approval letter and
conditions is enclosed.
• The Property is located within the Entrance Corridor Overlay District (EC) and
is subject to the rules and regulations of that district. The Property is also
located in the Airport Impact Overlay District.
• The current development was originally built under a site plan, SDP -2002-
082, approved on January 10, 2003. The plan was later amended by SDP-
zuu3=ut4, approvea on ivover uu[ c[, cuvD arlu-uy a l �u
on June 28, 2006. The Property was subdivided by SUB -2002-293, approved
on January 10, 2003, creating the 3.805 acres of the present parcel.

As of this date there are no current or pending zoning violations against the
Property.
