Owner: MPJH Investments LLC Dear Mr. Roy: In response to your application of January 10, 2012, requesting a zoning compliance letter for the above referenced Property, please be advised of the following: ■ The undersigned is the Chief of Zoning/Deputy Zoning Administrator of the County of Albemarle, Department of Community Development, which is responsible for enforcement of zoning ordinances and similar codes or ordinances related to the use of property in the above mentioned County. ■ The Property lies within the boundaries of Albemarle County and as Chief of Zoning/Deputy Zoning Administrator for the County I am authorized to execute this letter. ■ The Property is zoned Light Industry (LI). The permitted uses in the LI zoning district are outlined in §27 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance (attached). ■ There is an outstanding zoning violation being investigated for this property (ZV10201200035) which deals with an unauthorized commercial use at the Franklin Street frontage, among other things. This was observed during site visits to research this compliance request. Unauthorized vehicles were also observed parked on the Property. Once contacted by our Code Enforcement Officer, you will need to bring the property into compliance.
