Todd Dofflemyer September 1, 2011 Page 2 ■ This Property was developed under site plan SDP -1996-036 (Lakeside Apartments Phase 2 Final Site Plan) later revised by SDP -196-087. Additionally, parcels 44 and 46 are the subjects of subdivision plat, SUB - 2007 -022 for a boundary line adjustment, and a site plan minor amendment, SDP -2007-10, for the addition of the club house. To the best of my knowledge as of this date, there are no current or pending land use, zoning or building code violations against the Property. Additionally, there are no pending administrative, legislative or judicial proceedings which would in any way affect the status of the current zoning for the Property. Please contact this office if you have any questions or require further information. Sincerely, Sarah D. Baldwin Senior Planner
