The rezoning was approved May 8, 1996 with proffers. A copy of the approval letter with the approved proffers is attached. ■ The parcel is developed in accordance with an approved site plan (SDP2008- 024) approved March 3, 2008. ■ This office has no record of any outstanding violations for the parcel. A site inspection conducted on July 3, 2012 showed no deficiencies or deviations from the approved site plan.
