In response to a request for a Letter of Zoning Compliance for the above referenced
parcel, please be advised of the following:
■ The parcel lies within the boundaries of Albemarle County and, as the Chief
of Zoning Administration for the County, I am authorized to execute this letter.
■ The parcel is zoned Planned Development- Shopping Center (PD -SC) and is
located in the Entrance Corridor Overlay District (EC).
■ A zoning map amendment, ZMA 1995 -21, allowed the parcel to be rezoned
to PD -SC. The rezoning was approved May 8, 1996 with proffers. A copy of
the approval letter with the approved proffers is attached.
■ The parcel is developed in accordance with an approved site plan (SDP2008-
024) approved March 3, 2008.
■ This office has no record of any outstanding violations for the parcel. A site
inspection conducted on July 3, 2012 showed no deficiencies or deviations
from the approved site plan.
