Dear Ms. Vogele:
In response to your request for a Letter of Zoning Compliance for the above referenced
Property, please be advised of the following:
• The Property is zoned Planned Development Shopping Center (PD -SC). The adjacent
properties are zoned PD -SC and C -1, Commercial. (See attachment)
• The property is developed as a restaurant known as Red Lobster. Such use is a use
permitted by -right in the PD -SC district.
• This Property is subject to the Site Development Plan, SDP1979 -00007 that was
approved on October 26, 1979 and has been amended for development of the Red
Lobster Restaurant per SDP2009 -074 and SDP2010 -027. The Property has been
developed per the approved plans. A site inspection revealed no inconsistencies with
approved plans.
• There are no legal nonconformities known for the Property.
• This Property is not subject to any other special use permits, variances, nor planned
development restrictions.
• This office has no record of any open violations for the Property.
• Copies of site plans and certificates of occupancy may be obtained from this office with a
request through the department's Records Manager, Esther Grace, at 434 - 296 -5832 ext.
