(Rivanna Magisterial District) Owner: North Pantops Townhouses, LLC Dear Mr. Hurt: In response to your application of September 20, 2011, requesting a zoning compliance letter for the above referenced properties, please be advised of the following: ■ The undersigned is the Chief of Zoning/Deputy Zoning Administrator of the County of Albemarle, which is responsible for enforcement of building codes, zoning ordinances and similar codes or ordinances related to the use of property in the above mentioned County. ■ The Property is zoned R-6 Residential, with proffers. The Property is also in the Entrance Corridor (EC) Overlay District. The present and proposed uses of the Property are permitted within such zoning classification. The improvements on the Property may be rebuilt in their current size and density if they are damaged. Site development plans SDP -2006-43 (approved 10/22/2007), SDP -2006-128 (approved 5/20/2008) and SDP -2008-125 (approved 3/26/2010) for the Pavillions, are currently valid. The development will comply with all regulations, including zoning , building, subdivision, fire & safety laws, codes and ordinances, including without limitation any special zoning conditions imposed upon the Property once it is built in accordance with the approved site plans.
