The Premises have been zoned R-15, Residential, which allows for multi -family apartments by right under Section 18.2.1.3 of Chapter 18, Zoning Ordinance. The Premises have been developed under a site plan approved July 2, 1998, (SDP1998-091) and an amendment to that plan approved November 12, 1999 (SDP1999-146.) As of the date hereof, the Premises and the improvements thereon are not in violation of the aforesaid building and zoning laws, rules and regulations.
