This is to advise you that the zoning and use of the above -captioned Premises is
governed by the laws and regulations of the Code of the County of Albemarle, Virginia.
The Premises have been zoned R-15, Residential, which allows for multi -family
apartments by right under Section 18.2.1.3 of Chapter 18, Zoning Ordinance.
The Premises have been developed under a site plan approved July 2, 1998,
(SDP1998-091) and an amendment to that plan approved November 12, 1999
(SDP1999-146.) As of the date hereof, the Premises and the improvements thereon are
not in violation of the aforesaid building and zoning laws, rules and regulations.
All required Certificates of Occupancy for the Premises have been issued.
