This letter is based on a review of our records and an inspection of the site. 1. The property is zoned R-15, Residential. 2. This project was originally approved under SDP 1998-091, signed on July 2, 1998. This plan was amended by SDP 1999-146, signed on November 12, 1999. Condominium plat was approved under SUB 2005-035, signed on March 3, 2005. The site improvements, including the parking, were inspected for zoning compliance on February 3, 2005. No violations were identified on the site on that date. 3. In the event of casualty to the project, in whole or in part, the project will be permitted to rebuild in accord with the approved site plan. If the ordinance is changed in the future, the site could be rebuilt as in Section 6, Nonconformities. A review of our records does not show any unresolved zoning or building code violations and /or complaints. 6. The property was inspected for zoning compliance on February 3, 2005. It was found to be in compliance with the zoning ordinance and in accord with the site development plan that was last revised on November 12, 1999. 7.
