Dear Mr. Lopez:
In response to your application for a letter of zoning compliance, this office has
researched the above referenced property and offers the following information:
The Property is zoned Planned Residential Development (PRD) and subject to the proffered
conditions as contained in ZMA 1999-1 (approved on 1/12/2000), and ZMA 2001-11
(approved on 8/28/01).
2. The Property was development in accordance with SDP 2001-65, which was approved on
12/14/01.
3. A zoning clearance was approved for this Property, subject to the rezoning conditions and the
site plan, on 11/16/2004.
4. To the best of my knowledge, the Property is in compliance with all applicable zoning
ordinances, rules and regulations, including parking requirements, based on the final zoning
inspection(s) prior to occupancy.
This letter may be relied upon by the addressee(s) listed above and by any assignee or
successor in interest in the Property whether as owner or mortgagee. I am authorized and
empowered to execute this Zoning Compliance Letter on behalf of the County of Albemarle,
