The Property was development in accordance with SDP 2001-65, which was approved on 12/14/01. 3. A zoning clearance was approved for this Property, subject to the rezoning conditions and the site plan, on 11/16/2004. 4. To the best of my knowledge, the Property is in compliance with all applicable zoning ordinances, rules and regulations, including parking requirements, based on the final zoning inspection(s) prior to occupancy. This letter may be relied upon by the addressee(s) listed above and by any assignee or successor in interest in the Property whether as owner or mortgagee.
