RE: Letter of Revision (LOR) # 3 for SDP - 2007 -111 Revised Final Site Plan of Haden Place.
Dear Sir,
This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated March 13, 2014. The
Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the improvements
described in the letter and shown on the attached sheets (T1, S2, S3, and S5) on plans dated 3 -20-
14.
The current proposal modifies the previously approved site plan by removing the 3 way stop sign
intersection of Haden Way (state rd) and Haden Lane (state rd), installing a proposed power pole
on Haden Lane (state rd), expanding an island on Haden Lane to capture existing power pole,
removing steel bollard barricade at intersection of Haden Way (state rd) and Killdeer Lane (state
rd), add detail for Road Widening of Haden Lane(state rd), reduction in median strip width on
Haden Place (private rd) to allow for Fire and Rescue clearance requirements, also install no
parking signage on fire lane alley to allow for Fire and Rescue clearance requirements, Haden
Place (private rd) Island Roundabout CG2 instead of EOP, specify CG2 in place of CG3 along
Haden Alley (private alley), revised ST23 to grate top structure, install crosswalk striping at all
locations to stop bars, add split -rail fences above stormwater management facility, swap the
playground and green garden lot in open space D and E.
This is the 3rd LOR for this site. A total of three (3) LORs are allowed before all changes to
the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
