Rio Square - Office Building B
Description:
Office Building B is the final building to be constructed in the Rio Square PRD development, which was approved in 2001. Generally, the scope of work will include a new commercial building with parking and commercial
space on the ground floor and two floors of commercial space above. Each floor is approximately 3,300 sq. ft. The building will of brick veneer, with materials and details matching the existing office building (on left) on
the adjacent lot in the development.
Compatibility with Surrounding Area and Entrance Corridor:
The frontage along E. Rio Rd is a mix of commercial, multi - family, residential and religious institutions. The proposed brick veneer and traditional white trim will match the adjacent office building and the scale and style is
in keeping with many of the existing commercial buildings along E. Rio Rd. Additionally, the scale is compatible with the adjacent single - family residence to the right.
