4. Any other pertinent information.
5. Cover letter stating the assumed number of parcels and development rights, with explanation of same.

Re: Request for Determination confirming the process by which the proffered access to
Tax Map 32, parcel 33 across Tax Map 46B4, parcel E, and dedication to public use will
be demanded by Albemarle County. ZMA-91-08 Nellie Moubry approval letter dated
January 27, 1992, proffer item #2.
Dear Zoning Administrator:
This is a request for confirmation regarding the process by which the dedication of a
proffered access will be demanded by Albemarle County. Please see the enclosed email
from Judith Wiegand to me regarding ZMA-91-8. Please note that there is a typographic
error in her second paragraph which identifies the adjacent parcel as "TMP 32-3". The
correct parcel # for the property to be accessed is TM 32, parcel 33.
I would ask that this determination define and identify the process by which the
reservation for dedication to public use shall be demanded by Albemarle County as
relates to proffer #2 for ZMA-91-08. I assume that the process will be as stated by Judith
Wiegand.
Please find enclosed a plat of the parcel to be dedicated upon demand by the County;
ZMA Approval Letter with Proffers, copies of deed and other instruments related to TM
32, parcel 33, the appropriate Tax Map pages and correspondences between the County
and the developer of Forest Ridge Subdivision.
