We believe that the following development rights are attached to the parcels as follows: Tax Map 71, Parcel 14: Five two -acre lots plus one for the residue of the acreage. Tax Map 71, Parcel 15A: Two lots. Tax Map 71, Parcel 20: Five two -acre lots plus one for the residue of the acreage. This would be a total of 14 development rights for the entire property.
