Dear Mr. Terry;
In response to your Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance, this office has
researched your request and offers the following conclusions regarding the
referenced parcel:
■ The property was developed as a 120 bed nursing home facility.
■ The property is zoned C-1, Commercial. Per Section 22.2.2.6 and 18.2.2.9,
nursing homes are allowed in the C-1 District by Special Use Permit. A
Special Use Permit, SP -2002-05 was approved on July 10, 2002. A copy of
the action letter and conditions approved by the Board of Supervisors is
enclosed.
■ The parcel is located within the EC, Entrance Corridor Overlay District and the
Airport Impact Area.
■ This project was built under a site development plan, SDP -2002-82, approved
on January 10, 2003. The plan was later amended by SDP -2003-74 which
was approved on November 21, 2003.
■ This parcel was subdivided by subdivision plat, SUB -2002-293, approved on
January 10, 2003, creating the 3.805 acres parcel on which this structure is
situated, and currently designated as 061 WO-02-00-002BO.
■ This office has no record of any outstanding zoning violations.

The property was inspected for zoning compliance on February 21, 2007 and
determined to be in compliance with the existing site plan and SP conditions.
