The Amended Official Determination dated March 6, 2014 confirmed that
SP1990 -35 Cov
Church of God remains valid. Since the 30 day appeal period of this
new determination has
expired, this is to withdraw the appeal of the Oct 4th Determination.
A refund of the appeal fee is requested.
Please advise if the BOS has been informed of the new determination.
