( NAEVA) conducts geophysical surveys to detect subsurface anomalies, (i.e. voids, utility lines, metals, UXO's and other detectible subsurface items) with a magnetic signature. NAEVA currently is located on property zones as Light Industrial at 3343 Mineral Drive, Earlysville, VA. NAEVA's intentions are to warehouse our geophysical equipment in a clean moisture, free environment, with space to load and unload our F -150 and F -250 pick -up trucks. We have long needed space to set up work benches to clean and repair the geophyiscal equipment. There is a small office in the space which will be used on occasion. We have addressed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18 -4.14: Noise: Our operation will not create sound or impact noice levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4.14.1. We are surrounded by an embankment on one side and vacant forest on other side.
