Per Section 5.2A(n) of the Zoning Ordinance, you are receiving this notification because you are the owner or agent of abutting property or property immediately across the street from the site under review. This request is to use approximately 465 sq. ft. of the existing residential dwelling at 2233 Earlysville Road for a landscape architecture business. No waiver or modification has been submitted with this request. The County will not take action on this request until at least five days after the date of this letter.
