Main Street, Ste. 400 Charlottesville, VA. 22902 RE: SP201300021 — Rolkin Road Shops Tax Map 78, Parcel 75A Dear Ms. Long: On May7, 2014, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on the above noted petition to allow a drive - through window for a retail building in the Rivanna Magisterial District. This special use permit was approved subject to the following condition: Development and use shall be in general accord with the following plans prepared by Bohler Engineering, "Pantops Refail Building Special Use Permit Exhibit" dated 1/20/14 as determined by the Director of Planning and the Zoning Administrator. To be in general accord with the specified plans, development and use shall reflect the following major elements as shown on the plans: • Building location, orientation and mass • Relationship of drive -thru lanes to the building and the parking lot Minor modifications to the plan may be made to ensure compliance with the Zoning Ordinance. The use shall commence on or before [date two years from Board approval] or the permit shall expire and be of no effect. Please be advised that although the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on the project noted above, no uses on the property as approved above may lawfully begin until all applicable approvals have been received and conditions have been met. This includes: • compliance with conditions of the SPECIAL USE PERMIT; • approval of and compliance with a SITE PLAN; and • approval of a ZONING COMPLIANCE CLEARANCE.
