Dear Mr. Sayers:
In response to your letter of February 21, 2007, requesting a zoning letter for the above
referenced parcel, please be advised of the following:
■ The property is zoned Highway Commercial (HC). The property is also in the
Entrance Corridor (EC) Overlay District. Section 24.2.1 of the zoning ordinance
is being provided which lists the permitted by right uses within the HC district.
■ A special use permit, SP -2004-50, is currently under review to allow outdoor
storage and display within the Entrance Corridor. Any conditions imposed by an
approval must be met in order to be in compliance.
■ A site development plan, SDP -2006-127, showing a 7200 square foot car
dealership with outdoor storage and display is currently under review. The project
will comply with all zoning regulations once it is built in accord with the site plan.
■ There is no record of any outstanding zoning violations.
