correct those deficiencies are as follows:
1. Deficiency: Constuction entrance with washrack not installed as shown on approved E&S plan.
Required Corrections: Install paved wash rack and construction entrance in accordance with the approved
erosion and sediment control plan.
V/2. Deficiency: Drop inlets throughout project do not have protection installed.
Required Corrections; Install drop inlet protection at all inlets in accordance with 3.07 of the VESCH
Third edition, dated 1992 and the approved E&S plan.
3. Deficiency: Silt fence is more than 50% full in area below sediment basin.
Required Corrections: Repair and maintain silt fence and remove sediment.
u 4. Deficiency: Dam on SWM pond has not been seeded.
Required Corrections: Seed and straw mulch dam in accordance with VESCH Third edition, dated 1992.
/ 5. Deficiency: No temporary seeding applied throughout project.
Required Corrections: Apply temporary seeding in accordance with the VESCH Third edition, dated
1992.
Unless subsequently amended in writing by this office, it is expected all of these corrective measures will be
completed by no later than July 12, 2013.

Under Sections 17-213, 214 and 215 of the Albemarle County Code, failure to make these corrections by the
required date can have the following results:
Your permit may be revoked.
You may be required to submit a new Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and have it approved before
additional land disturbance will be allowed. Review of a new plan can take up to 45 days for each submission
and it is not unusual for several submissions before the plan can be approved. This requirement would include
a new application, fee and bond for the work proposed under the plan.
The County may issue a STOP WORK ORDER and seek relief in the Circuit Court. The Circuit Court can fine
the property owner up to $2,000 per violation, convict the property owner of a Class I misdemeanor and require
the property owner to pay any damages resulting from a failure to comply with this notice. Should you have a
legitimate reason you cannot complete the corrective measures by the above given date, you must immediately
contact me at (434) 296-5832. Unless you have contacted us and alternative arrangements have been agreed to
in writing, we will expect the corrections to be completed by the above date.
