Dear Mr. Bracey:
Please accept my humble apologies for the lateness of this
response to your letter of May 4th. You may not be aware, but as
of May 18th I am no longer a member of the Department of Planning
and Community Development, but am with the Zoning Departmelit. At
any event, I am now closing out my Planning files.
By my calculation, the property as shown on the plat by Gary M.
Whelan dated September 25, 1984, which is a combination of parcels
2B, 3 and 4C, has a total of nine (9) development rights, not
thirteen (13).
This total is based on the following breakdown:
Parcel 2B - 5 development rights (none used)
Parcel 3 - 1 development right (only +/- 3 acres)
Parcel 4C - 3 development rights (3 remain, 2 allocated
elsewhere)
There is a minimum area of 2.0 acres per development right,
because that is the minimum lot size in this zoning district,
Rural Areas. If you have any questions, please give me a call.
