Patterson, Zoning Administrator DATE: September 12, 1989 RE: Rampini Property - Determination of Number of Parcels: TM 43, Parcel 23G; Route 676 It is my opinion that TM 43, Parcel 23G consists of two (2) separate lots. These separate lots are as shown on the "Physical Survey Showing Parcel A2 & G," dated May 16, 1989 by B. Aubrey Huffman & Associates, Ltd. This decision is based on the information (plats and deeds) you submitted to me. In addition, I obtained from the County Real Estate Department the plat referred to in the recent deeds. This is a "Physical Survey Showing Parcels A -2, A -3 & G" dated March 21, 1978 by B. Aubrey Huffman Associates, Ltd.
